Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VendBuddy, including our website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
VendBuddy provides tools for trading card vendors and collectors, including inventory management, deal tracking, pricing lookups, barcode label printing, event management, and performance analytics. The Service integrates with third-party data sources to provide market pricing and card information.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Trial
New vendor accounts receive a free trial period. When the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. You will not be charged without your consent.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are offered on a monthly auto-renewable basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current subscription rate. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Apple In-App Purchases
If you subscribe through the iOS app, payment is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Apple does not provide refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period.
Web Subscriptions (Stripe)
If you subscribe through the website, payment is processed by Stripe. You can manage your subscription from the Settings page in the app or on the website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we do, we will provide notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including inventory records, deal information, and business data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter. You must not use the Service to store or distribute content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
6. Third-Party Services and Data
The Service integrates with third-party APIs and data sources for card pricing and information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data. Market prices are provided as reference information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
Third-party trademarks, card names, and images displayed within the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding (excluding user content and third-party trademarks), is owned by VendBuddy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your account and associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before account deletion to avoid continued billing.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendBuddy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VendBuddy from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use of the Service poses a risk to us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including limitations of liability and indemnification.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
