What games does VendBuddy support?

Pokemon TCG (English & Japanese), Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, and Lorcana.

Where do card prices come from?

We use TCGPlayer market data as our primary pricing source, blended with PriceCharting for maximum accuracy. Prices refresh automatically in the background.

Can I use VendBuddy on my phone?

Yes! VendBuddy is available as a native iOS app with full access to the card scanner, deal builder, inventory management, and event tracking.

What hardware do I need?

VendBuddy works with any device and browser. For the full vendor setup, we recommend a thermal label printer, 2.25" x 0.5" label sheets, and a Bluetooth barcode scanner. See our Help page for specific product recommendations.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings in your account and click Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of your billing period.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All connections are encrypted with TLS, your data is isolated via row-level security policies, and authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. We never store your payment information directly — all billing goes through Stripe.
