Upload a Collectr CSV export. VendBuddy matches each row to a card, maps conditions and grades, flags anything it couldn't match, and adds the rest.
Sealed product tracking
Boxes, ETBs, tins and blisters are tracked one unit at a time with individual SKUs, grouped by product with a count in stock. If you prefer one label per product at the table, VendBuddy allows you to group your identical sealed product with a single scannable SKU.
Storage locations
Create locations that match how you store cards. Whether it's a display case, a specific binder, or dollar box, VendBuddy has you covered with easy location identification. Tap a location, then quickly scan your barcodes to bulk-add for easy pulls.
Works without internet
Card shows can have finicky WiFi and data service. We know this, so we implemented a backup that stores all transactions locally until a stable connection is made. At the end of the show, everything is available on your account across web and mobile.

While the full VendBuddy experience is built around scanning barcode labels to effectively track your deals, you can still use the app for market pricing and inventory management. You lose out on the auto-remove from inventory on sales, but you do get our accurate market pricing and inventory management.
